I made this and got rave reviews and it was pretty simple. This is just something I whipped up and it turned out so good that I will be making it again.
3 egg whites ( you can use three eggs – I used 1 cup of egg white beater)
1 cups italian bread crumbs
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
OPTIONAL: 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red peppers
4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
1 Can of Oregano Mix diced tomatoes
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
So here is how I did after getting the chicken ready, I sprayed the pan with olive oil pam, I then had two bowls one had eggs in one bowl and all the dry seasons in another (Mix well). I then dip the chicken in the eggs then rolled it in bread crumb mixture (make sure it coats well). Once all are done I do a final spray of Pam. I put it in the oven on 375 for 20 mins. I then flip the chicken for another 20 mins. once that’s done I put spaghetti sauce and tomatoes on top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another 15 mins.
Note: I start the spaghetti after I flip the chicken
Once its done: I add fresh cheese on top
