I am a big fan of the show Shark Tank. So I learned over the years of watching the show that companies pay a premium to be in the center middle shelf, why? Because people are more likely to pick up those items than any other.
So when you are shopping my rule is to look up and down because you will find he same product for less buy pennies up to dollars cheaper by doing so. This can cut your grocery budget by 10% by just doing this and not having so much brand loyalty.
