So if you follow my on Instagram then you know I have been working on getting makeup on. As I get older more imperfections are showing up and my age is showing but with some research, YouTube videos, and trail and error. I am going to give you my list of products that not only work but cost under $10.00.
So the picture above is a picture of me a few weeks ago and as you can tell by my smile I am loving the results. All the product I used on my face cost $10 or less and I think the results speak for itself. I am not a huge makeup person because I thought it was too expensive but with these products I can not only afford it but use it everyday.
Primer – I love primer make the foundation go on smoother and stay on longer. So amazing I use the E.L.F poreless face primer to close up them pores that like to show through my makeup before I started using this. The face power is amazing as well. $6.00
Foundation- Maybelline Fit Me -355. I heard reviews about this and loved the finished looks I saw online and when I tried it I knew I had found my makeup of choice. Not only is it a build able liquid foundation but it looks so natural on my skin and covers my blemishes and discoloration that I am trying to correct. Besides that I only pay $8.99 without a coupon for it. With coupon as low at $5.00 each!!
Eyebrows- I have the cool and unique feature that my eyebrows are naturally arched and naturally thin. So I don't have to get mine shaped or cut ever like as in life. All I have to do is fill in the hair and make it thicker and I do that with a great eyebrow kit from E.L.F. I use the dark kit and the best thing is that its only $3.00 and last a long time.
Banana Powder- Ever since the makeup artist that does Kim K face talked about contouring and highlighting there has been banana powder rush. I was skeptical about what a difference it would make on my face and what contouring would do but I have to admit it is amazing and to find this ELF Corrective Yellow Powder for only $6.00 instead of $20 or more. I will take it.
Lips- I looked at this color and was like PINK !!! Yes. So since its by my girl Queen Latifah Covergirl Collection why not try it. It not only looked amazing but I could use a pale pink under it and make that color pop. Perfect and for only $6.99 how could I go wrong.
