I started this new part of my recipe section due to the fact that when teaching my classes and I mention that you can get some food at the drugstore cheaper I get crazy looks. So this is my first week of showing you how to make great meal for your family that's not only affordable but good for you.

This weeks meal is for either your Taco Tuesday or Veggie night. A classic bean and cheese burrito. This week you can get the items listed at Walgreens. A family of 4 can eat for less than $10. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch)
Make it FRESH toppings, as desired (see below)
Preparation
Step 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil; set aside.
Step 2 In medium bowl, mix beans, cheese and taco seasoning mix.
Step 3 Scoop about 1/4 cup bean mixture onto each tortilla just below center. Fold bottom edge of each tortilla up and over filling. Fold sides in, overlapping to enclose filling. Roll up from bottom of tortilla. Place seam-side down on cookie sheet.
Step 4 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with Make it FRESH toppings.
