My favorite chicken recipe is Chicken Taco Soup, especially in the fall and winter! You put 2-3 chicken breasts in a crock pot with 1/2 cup of water. Then in a separate bowl mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 tbs taco seasoning, 1 1/4 cup chunky salsa, 1 can of rinsed black beans, and 4 oz. of frozen corn. You can add more or less of any ingredient you want. Once you mix it all up you place it in the crock pot with the chicken for about 6 hours on low. By then the chicken should be falling apart and you have chicken taco soup!
My favorite chicken recipe is shredded chicken tostada’s. Spread refried beans on your tostada, then top it with shredded chicken, lettuce, cheese & a dollop of sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
