So I received so many emails about my other post I decided to make one on my favorite store Publix. I love Publix the customer service that they give to me as a coupon shopper can't be beat. So I am so excited to show you how I maximize my savings at Publix.
Coupons- Publix is a great coupon friendly place there coupon rules for Georgia are amazing. Coupons Double up to $0.50. You can use either a store or competitor coupon & a manufacture coupon on ONE item !!!! Talk about savings.
BOGO- BOGO stands for Buy One, Get One at Publix meaning buy one get one free ( in Georgia it means each item is half off.) Because of the way Georgia does their BOGO you can buy one item and still get the deal. You can use your coupons even more.
Digital Coupons– Publix now has digital coupons you can download their app and add the digital coupons. When you get to the registar you just type in your phone number to get the coupons to show up.
Clubs– Publix has a number of clubs to help you save money. Publix Paws is one I use its a pet club that sends me coupons via email or digital to help me with pet food. They also have a baby club that does the same thing coupons for baby items to help you save money.
Ads– Publix when you walk in has ads that have a TON of store coupons there is a Green Flyer that has all the health & beauty items and then a green flyer that has food items. The regular sales ad has coupons in it when you get it from the Sunday paper.
Rebate Apps– There are so many apps that you can use to earn cash back on your purchases. I have a list of apps that can not only help you save money but some of them allow you to earn cash back, gift cards and more. The great thing about the rebates is that you can use these and coupons and still get the cash back.
Publix Penny Item– the penny item is an ad that is in your Weds or Thursday paper depending on where you live. Once you spend $10 at publix on that day the sales starts you get the penny item for free. Don't worry most stores have the penny item coupon at the checkout for you.
Store Coupon Booklets– So publix is known for their booklets that the give out. You can get them in the front near the customer service desk and if you don't see them ask the people behind the customer service. Some of booklets are the printable version online.
