So Here is another quick meal this is something that I fix for breakfast or dinner. Its kind of both. This is a quick meal that I will fix before I go run my errands. I am a not a professional so I honestly just created meals my way with little short cuts that I discovered over the years of being a mother.
Here is what you will need.
Water
Milk

Pepper
Salt
Tilapia
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Olive Oil Pam
So what I do is I preheat the oven and I start a pot with half water and half milk to about half filling the pot. I give this about 5 minutes. I take a cookie sheet and I take tilapia fillets and I spray them with olive oil pam on both sides. I think sprinkle lemon pepper season on both sides. I put that in the oven for about 30 mins.
I think pour the grits into the pot of half milk/half water. I let that cook until it starts getting thick. Once it does I add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. I put a little more milk in the grits stir and leave it on low.
Thats it pretty easy and good too.
