Today is National Pecan Day April 14th but did you know that April is National Pecan Month. If you don't know anything about Georgia know that we produce the most Pecans in the country. We like our nuts here in Georgia . We usually get them for free around here. There are literally pecan trees on the side of the road that you can pick and get them for nothing. To celebrate this day I found 6 recipes from my fellow bloggers to share with you.
Pecan Pie is one of my favorite desserts and well who has time to make it well this is a quick fun and easy way to get this the same taste without all the work.

I personally had never heard of this cake but it had three things pecan, cream cheese and cake. I am sold Will be trying this soon.
Spinach Apple Salad With Curried Pecans & Maple-Cider Dressing
I am on my weight loss journey and I been wanting to try new salads and I think this would be good to try even though I am not a onion girl one try will not hurt. I can't wait to try with nuts.
I love granola and I love it in my yogurt so to get some for a lower price than in the store and still have alot for other things sounds like a win win to me. Will so be trying this with my daughter.
I promise cheesecake is one of my weakness when it comes to sweets I am a candy or bust girl usually but when it comes to banana pudding or cheesecake stick a fork in me I am done. This right here, I am completely done this looks amazing and pretty simple to make at that.
