Hosted by Jovitta Moore (WSB news anchor) it was a fun event with a great cause. The conference was held at the new Bunche Middle School with a number of people including representative from Staples, Entertainment Industry Foundation and DonorsChoose.org to announce that Staples with there Think it Out Program has given Atlanta Public $261,000 to fund over 200 projects from teachers in the Atlanta Area.
The kids were super excited when the Atlanta Think It Out Ambassador was non other than Disney actress Danielle Campbell.
The best part was when the teachers who had brought their classes to the conference were told that they all were awarded the funding for there projects.
Students can enter to win a $50,000 scholarship and trip to Los Angeles for a star-studded event for Think It Out. Go to http://www.staples.com/scholarship to learn how to enter.
Thank you to staples for the invite. I received a gift for coming out but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
